1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Coral.Clinic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Nature of Services

Coral.Clinic provides physician-led medical services for Florida adults. Services may include guided medical intake, physician review, telehealth visits, medical marijuana evaluation, treatment planning, prescription management when clinically appropriate, and patient communication.

3. Not Emergency Services

Coral.Clinic is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. If you are having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, call or text 988 immediately.

4. Eligibility

To use Coral.Clinic, you must be 18 years of age or older, be located in Florida for care, provide accurate information, and use the platform only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

5. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, disclose medications, allergies, and relevant medical history, follow medical instructions when treatment is provided, and notify Dr. Kim of adverse reactions or important changes in your health.

6. Prescribing Limitations

Prescriptions are never guaranteed. Dr. Kim prescribes only when clinically appropriate and within his medical judgment. Opioids are not prescribed through this platform. Controlled substances are not prescribed for anxiety, depression, or pain through this telehealth platform.

7. Billing

Coral.Clinic is a direct-pay practice. Any required fee is shown before payment. Fees may cover physician review, medical decision-making, visit time, administrative processing, or other approved services depending on the visit type. Medications, labs, UDS, pharmacy costs, supplements, state fees, and third-party services are separate unless specifically stated.

8. No Guaranteed Outcome

Completing an intake or paying for a service does not guarantee a prescription, medical marijuana certification, lab order, medication, diagnosis, or specific treatment. Medical decisions are made case by case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coral.Clinic and Dr. Kim are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
