How do I get started?
Begin your visit, choose the care area that fits best, and complete the guided medical intake. Dr. Kim reviews your information personally.
What happens after I complete the intake?
Dr. Kim reviews your history, symptoms, medications, goals, and safety considerations. The next step may be a recommendation, a visit, follow-up questions, labs, a prescription when appropriate, or referral elsewhere.
Does submitting an intake guarantee treatment?
No. Treatment, prescriptions, lab orders, certifications, and recommendations are provided only when clinically appropriate.
Can I be seen for multiple concerns?
Yes. Some concerns may be handled together, while others require separate visits or follow-up. Dr. Kim will determine the appropriate approach.
Prescriptions, Labs & Treatment
How are prescriptions handled?
If a prescription is clinically appropriate, Dr. Kim sends it to an appropriate pharmacy. Pharmacy options can be discussed during your visit.
Are medications included?
No. Medications, labs, UDS, pharmacy costs, supplements, and third-party services are separate unless specifically stated.
Are opioids available through Coral.Clinic?
No. Opioids are never prescribed through this platform.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
Controlled substances are not prescribed for anxiety, depression, or pain through this telehealth platform. Dr. Kim will be clear about what can and cannot be handled safely through Coral.Clinic.

Who sees my intake information?
